There's instructions in the box, with pictures to oblige you out. Take a deep breath, be relaxed, and don't achieve frustrated that will only cause it harder to get it contained by.
Here's how I do it. I usually sit on the toilet and spread my legs so I can get better access. Then holding the tampon by the bottom of the top member (the part where on earth the tampon gets push out) you insert it. It shouldn't hurt, might purely feel a short time funny. Might have to wave backwards and forwards it some, if I'm having trouble I move mine in a stirring motion, usually slips right in doing that. Once you fingers are nearly touching your body, use the other appendage to push up the bottom part of the tampon where on earth the string is sticking out. Then pull out the applicator.
The knob is being relaxed, don't be restless or frustrated. You might have to try a couple times since it is your first time.
if this is your first time getting your extent you might want to start with a wad. not a tampon..since your going swimming this is not possible tho..

you insert it with the applicator if at hand isnt one then you insert it beside your finger. wash your hand after your done.

no it dosent hurt. it can hurt for a while if u dont use the right size,and a little when u transport it out, but not like u of late got bit by a dog.#1 lug a deep breath.(it help 2 relax be4 u put it in.it is a LOT easier)

Hey hon, the first time it is a little uncomfy and bleeding. but the cool thing is that they own step by step instructions in the box! Im 15 and i started using them when I was 12. the article is that it takes some practice to be capable of get them within a do it right. I suggest just practiting a few times formerly you go out swimming! Dont verbs hon, it will be just fine and eventually you will probably seize the hang of it!
