I agree with most of these answers. If you're not on the pill, it may minister to to get on it. It recurrently alleviates some of the pain, lesses the bleeding, and regulates your time. My doc used to give me an increased dose prescription of naproxin sodium (aka midol or aleve) which worked a moment or two. I also found that laying contained by the fetal position, sleeping, and heat pad also helped.
