Popping joint?
Both of my knees, right shoulder and hips always pop. It's sturdy for me to do squats or lunges without my knees popping and hurting. And consequently when I weigh lift beside my arms, the right shoulder always pops and prevents me to do my best. And my hips other pop also. How do I prevent this or get rid of this? I'm solitary 22 years old, so too young at heart to have combined problems.
