I also enjoy Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(Disease) but my cycles have not be very irregular. So let get to the simply of your question. When you enjoy a cycle your body has ovulated and released an egg. If the egg is not fertilized after you shed the lining of your uterus call the Endometrium, which is called your length. With PCOS you usually have a problem beside your hormones, especially the ones that control your ovulation. You are more than likely not going to win pregnant without sustain from your physician.
Most women who have PCOS are overweight and losing even 10 pounds can label a big difference in your fertility. If I be you I would contact my physician to see how off your hormones are and what you can do to treat it. Sometimes even taking Metformin, which is a drug for diabetics, can sustain with the problem of Insulin Resistance that PCOS sufferers own and can help beside ovulation.
