I have recently gotten of birth control...solely off for 1 month. The last week or so, I've have this uncomfortable feeling within my lower abdomen, and I am not sure if it's due to going off the pill. I'm not completely constipated, but enjoy not been having matching BM's since going off the pill. Has anyone ever had a silver in BM's by going off the pill? I've be drinking a lot of water...but it's not helping.

Answers:    I'm not sure what exactly it is. But if it doesnt hold to do with birth control if could be a cyst. Those are very aching when they burst. I think you should talk to a doctor.
