ok so yesterday i just started my first extent ever...now today theres nought should i still wear a tampon if i go swimming today?

yes i would just contained by case you start again ably you are swimming and you dont want the embarrassment of it running down your leg or getting in the pool if you start again and arnt wearing a tampon but polite luck Hun

Periods can be a little unpredictable at first till you settle into a proper routine.

when you first start getting your term, it's very irregular. One year you could have , the nest sunshine you won't, you might not get weeks on run out, or you may get it twice a month. If your time of year yesterday was even semi-heavy I intuitively would recommend wearing a tampon when you go swimming. Just in satchel you begin your length in the pool. it'll reclaim you a lot of loss of composure.But a little fyi, if you do use a tampon and you don't failure up getting your period, it'll be severely uncomfortable to filch out.
i would wear one just incase hunni but dont wory adjectives girls go throgh this and you may be iregular until your period have settled within
if you do decide to wear one, wear one of the junior, the smallest ones they have mete out if you dont start your period again it will hurt to bear out

Since you just started you probably should. You wouldn't want to grasp in the pool for everyone to see. Periods are very unpredictable at firt, so i suggest that you do. :]
