A dear friend of mine is just 18 years older. She feel she be born in the wrong body (wishes she be born male). I've been trying to carry information for her but been finding it complex to get any. What does testosterone do and does it construct you grow taller?(she pretty short bless her). Also after gender realignment surgery could she hold full penetrating sex next to a female?
