Tampons?
I'm having trouble finding where on earth it goes. I know this is abnormal, but I only see one hole, and I'm not sure if it's the right one. Also, does it hurt to put it within. I'm confused about the in one piece hymen thing, too. Do you enjoy to break it or what? Sorry I have so tons questions.

Inserting a tampon can be a little difficult when you are first study. The kind near the plastic applicators tend to slide in easiest. You want to insert it aiming towards your lower wager on. The directions that come with the tampons are sort of good. Tampons can be hurting to insert or remove if you aren't bleeding much, so make sure you don't "try it out" when you aren't bleeding. You might want to try on your weighty day first, probably in the shower (standing outside of the marine stream), so you won't have to verbs about making a mess. your urethra is too small for the tampon to fit, and i'm undeniably sure you know it doesn't go up your butt!
the tampon won't interfere near your hymen, and when inserted correctly, it won't hurt.
make sure you are relaxed while doing it, and you may want to look intot he slim fit tampons for an easier, more comfortable fit

try putting one leg on a chair or the toilet. This make the 'hole' it's suppose to go contained by a little bigger and easier to insert a tampon in.

make sure the full length of the tampon is contained by the vagina and only the string sticks out
my mom does mine she said she would the first few months so in recent times have your mom do it. Then you swot up how it feels and what hole to put it contained by.

ok..the hole ur lookin 4 is rite below ur urethra..&& the urethra is 2 small 4 a tampon so tht would hurt..but if u jus relax && put one leg on the toilet it sould make ur vagina a moment or two wider so then it will shift in easier..&& the tampon wont break ur hymen but it will probaly split it a little but u cant even get the impression it..so jus dont worry && relax b4 u do it.The others own led you to the right hole.
Be sure to push the actual tampon through the applicator.
Do not insert the applicator, that's what could prove to be painful.
look for the little hole right by the anus. you insert the tampon push the little stick all the approach in and you in recent times pull it out and solely the string should be hanging out. i reccomend you use playtex meek glide(:

What really helped beside me was using the rim of the hip bath tub to place my leg on. My first time I used the smallest tampon available, and did it VERY slowly, it might hurt the first time, but just save using the small ones and then I don`t know go up to a regular size. It get easier with time.
