How Long Will Spotting Last After Missed Pills?

First, by the smallest size that will still absorb ample for your flow. You can either sit on the toilet beside your legs apart or stand with on leg down, one leg on the toilet. I feel sitting on the toilet is more comfertable. Then hold the tampon at the grip part near your thumb and middle finger and put your index finger on the tube that your push in. Hold it to wear its pointing a little towards your lower stern, it should be slanted just a short time bit. Then slowly push it in as far as it go. If you're using tampons correctly, you shouldn't even be able to be aware of that it's there. I have a little trouble when I first begin using them but after a little practice it get better.
Also - if my description was for a while confusing, they always own instructions and stuff inside the box.

Hey ok so i can see your broblem and thats an average examine to ask so here some instructions on how to insert it. Relax! Try not to worry around inserting the tampon right the first time. If you are tense it will engender insertion harder.
The best time to practice inserting a tampon is during the heavy element of your period. The tampon should skim inside your vagina easily minus any discomfort.
Decide if you prefer to insert the tampon standing or sitting. If sitting is your preference, sit on the toilet. If you want to try standing, putting one foot on the tub helps.Hold the tampon applicator surrounded by your right hand if you are right-handed, or gone if left-handed. Then just float it in, you might want to slightily tilt it or turn it a bit bity bit to make move about in the right nouns. As i said above don't be tence or it will not be very comfortable. So try it near those instructions and here is a website on how to also, www.youngwomenshealth.org/tamp...
