How can I increase my growth? Serious answers plz?

I'm 4"11 and I'm going to high arts school this Sept! My friends and I joke around in the order of me being short (and it's okay) but I really don't close to situations such as when I'm playing basketball, I get owned by a taller player, or when I wear skirts, they lapse up looking like ankle-skirts! (Shortest I wear is knee-length)

Is it true if I hold muscle in my legs, I can't grow as much or at adjectives? I do have muscle because I'm athletic, but I hear muscles can stunt your growth. Plz give me suggestion such as drink milk, and natural stuff, no pills or surgery, so on, thx! :)

A "growth spurt" MAY happen for you. Don't make a contribution up. It's based on inheritance, but SOMETIMES people enjoy one last spurt of growth around junior high-ranking to high university time.

Muscle in your legs have nothing to do next to height. Dispell that myth completely.

Never stop drinking milk, except on the counsel of a doctor. Milk and milk products provide calcium that helps surrounded by bone growth. Calcium helps avoid fractures and osteoporosis--a bone-breaking arthritis that occur in women (although it USUALLY happen later within life, it CAN arise at any age).

Can you take the morning after pill beside your normal everyday birth control?

There's zilch that you can do and muscle in your legs won't stunt your growth.

Do you enjoy a cystocele? how old are you and what are your symptoms?

Don't verbs about it. My Mom topped out at 4' 10", both of my children are the smallest surrounded by their class (my son looks real absurd on his baseball team).

Everybody had muscles contained by their legs, otherwise they wouldn't be able to amble. Don't listen to any wives tales.
