That picture IS NOT REAL...maggots COME from fly eggs/larva..they are hatched. However you should other wash your clothes until that time wearing them because there are insects out here that are flesh eaters and can cause you problems... Lice, crabs, etc...If that picture be real...that would tight-fisted that the women had deceased tissue exposed on her breast surfaces and that flies came and laid in that eggs onto her breast.
