ok i just started my time of year and im sooo craving sweets, desserts(I even put choclate on my pizza.GROSS.) and all sorts of salt and sugars plz help i have need of to loose wait not gain it...lol...!

just don't chomp through it. you will completely regret it also because all of those things will hand over you cramps and make you bloated. chomp through healthy food and you will quality lots better.

Salty foods are craved b/c your body is retaining water! Don't chomp through excess salt unless you approaching to feel bloated! Try to exercise it kill the cravings! And try to eat vigour sweets like fruit!
