NuvaRing request for information?
I have be on the NuvaRing for a little over 3 weeks...I know im suppose to pocket it out after the 3rd week, but its suppose to be when I have my extent, right?. I was suppose to cart it out on Friday but my period is unpaid. What should I do? I read on the instructions that its ok to leave it within for a week or so over 3 weeks but I was wondering if anyone else have ever had ths problem.if so what did you do?
Also, im suppose to start my spell any time and tomorrow im going to the lake. Im so anxious that Im going to start my period when im surrounded by my bathing suit, what should I do?
