I don't want to take sedative, and i don't want lasix as i am slim enough, but the pre menstrual syndrome is tiring me
i am apprehensive , edematous, very anxiuos

Birth control works great to take adjectives the PMS symptoms away! I had Pms, so doomed to failure for many years, than I started the pill, and 99% of PMS go away! They have low dose ones currently, that have smaller amount or no side effects!

Usually during ur PMS your body's hormones are bouncing areound everywhere and you tend to consume more foods to satisfy ur bodys craving for vitamins and minerals. munch through choloate cuz it has a positive effect on ur restless system. Are u having huge blood clots, bad anguish, fatigue? What it sounds like you are losing too much blood, and obligation Iron to replace that get up & budge. The rest & anxiety will stop. You may have too plentiful whte cells & not adequate red ones? Do you feel cold at times you shouldn't? Without satisfactory red bood cells you won't touch good Plse check near your Dr. as you can also become enimic from lack nouns of Iron, I did and started feeling tired other, bruised easy, and no stamina at adjectives! I was even given B12 shots within the hip.
