ive never had one and my moms going to bring in me get one. i miserable i know its for a good motivation so that im healthy but im scraed az HEEEECK! omg im freaking out! i dont want NOTHIN down within! lol. do they like stick something in you? similar to far?!! omg!

Relax nothing they do hurts at adjectives. They will ask you the usual questions in the order of your period while they nurse checks your blood pressure and temp etc. She will hold you undress from the waist down and sit on the exam table with a sheet over your waist and legs. Your doc will come within and have you lay down and put your legs into the stirrups. He will insert a speculum to hold your vagina widen. IT DOES NOT HURT OR CAUSE PROBLEMS. THIS DOES NOT HURT. He will consequently take the speculum out and insert two fingers and press on your belly with his free appendage to feel your ovaries and uterus from the outside. That is adjectives there is to it. I am not sure why you mom think you need one though. You do not stipulation to have one until you turn 18 or start have sex which ever comes first. If you are not sexaully active and not 18 you do not have need of to have one done. If your mom insists that you own one done please remember that the doc is only doing his/her employment and does this all the tim. Also if anything feel uncomfortable SPEAK UP AND TELL THEM. If you are not 18 or have sex please encourage your mom to re-evaluate as this is not recommended for someone underneath 18 unless you have problems or are have sex.

Pap smears are a certainty of life. They can be a moment or two uncomfortable, however make clear to the doctor that you are scared and ask them to discuss you through it. You will be fine, you mom is helping you to take consideration of your health.

They use an instrument called a speculum, it will assistance them look inside, then they will lug a long cotton swab and rub your cervix with it. It is a bit humiliated, but it's very speedy. It will be easier if you are relaxed...I know easier said then done=)

yes they do stick somethin in there. its no bigger than a massive tampon. and they stretch it out a little and essentially stick a long q tip and grab a short time bit of cervical mucus. Its a little humiliated but painless. Just take a few philosophical breaths and its over.

It's alright. The first time is always startling, I don't care how "tough" someone is. Make sure that you maintain talking to your doctor and the nurse surrounded by the room. Let them know if something becomes mortified or painful. There are technique that they can use to help you relax and pinch away the pain. The biggest point I can advise is to breath. The more you constricted your muscles, the longer it will take. The PAP smear itself take literally seconds if you can concentrate on your breath and your words to relax your body.
And, please remember, a per annum exam and a few seconds of discomfort is worth more than years of cramp from not catching cervical cancer in time.

Why do i have black blood after my length? is this normal!!?

I'll be honest next to you, pap smears are not fun or very comfertable.. But I've have quite a few, and they're honestly not adjectives that horrible.. If you're nervous you're going to rigid up and its gonna be so much worse... But if you just lay in that and relax, all you touch is a bit of pressure... Hopefully you'll have a nice doctor for your first one, mine be a male, but as soon as I walk in and he spoke, it be all moral... And he was markedly gentle. I find that masculine doctors are always a bit more meek than women.. Which is odd.. But anyway, only go at hand and relax... Its over in only a few seconds. :) Good luck!

It doesn't hurt and it's just to maintain you healthy. Trust me, I enjoy cancerous diseases of the reproductive system and when they touch me in that nouns, it hurts. But a Pap smear is nothing. Honestly.

Its really simple... Tell your doctor it is your first time and they will be sencere.. My first time be just only just and my doc did everything really quick and talk me through everything... Its not like they are down near forever girl... Dont worry in the order of it! It takes a situation of seconds really... Get R Done and stay safe and sound and disease free. No Problem!! Your Dr. will know it is your first time and will be really alert with you. It is humiliated, but it is quick. To get hold of the smear, they use what looks like a long Q tip.
Don't verbs, you will be fine.
