Girls easily have more grease there than guys. So unless you are immensely skinny (in which case working out seriously might be enough) you will call for to lose weight to hold abs that show. And losing weight not by diet is pretty difficult but hey you could try jog 6 hours a day. But to be beyond doubt honest this is not going to be easy or rushed if your diet is bad, and will still be sturdy if your diet is average.
