I dont know what tampons to use?

Im going to start wearing tampons instead of pads and i want to know what a upright brand is...i dont know anything about tampons..i dont skinny kim regular yet my second coupe o fmonths my period have been short approaching 4 days it is heavy the first couple days after it get lighter so what do you give attention to?

I use plastic applicators, most of the time kotex.

I only wear them for the first two days when my flow is right and going. After that, I just turn with pad cause I might be getting dry at times and it's not as comfortable.

Why am I have more frequent periods?

I use Tampax Pearl. They jump in easier than ones next to cardboard applicators and i can't feel them once they are within. I wouldn't use any other brand.

playtex gentle skate! as far as size.. depends how heavy the flow is. the biggest ones you can achieve are super plus, which is what i use because mines heavy.

Buy a brand that has the different absorbencies surrounded by the box. Use the super on your first day or two when your flow is starchy and then switch to regular. Any brand is fine although my daughter approaching tampax pearls. I always used Kotex so it really doesn't situation.

use tampax pearl! buy the multipack... it come w/ super, regular, and lites. when you first start using tampons start out w/ the lites (they are the purple 1's) instructions are in the box!! tampax pearl is really reliable... it have a really good wrapper for your purse and it comes contained by scented and unscented!! use the UNSCENTED i get a infection from the scented ones!! the pearl have a plastic applicator so its easy to insert!! lately realx.. once u put the tampon in properly u cant even perceive it! just receive sure u change it every 4 hours depending on your flow :)! hope this help

When I first started using tampons I talk to my gyn about it. She recommended that women should start out near the smallest size and work their way up (especially if you are not or never enjoy been sexually helpful.) If the smallest size does not work and your leaking, move up a size, and so on. I hold extremely heavy flow, have two children and I still only use a regular size--I tend to evolution them more, but that is of late my likes. I savour the o.b. brand. they expand out instead of up and they expand all the bearing around.bot just within a C shape. I prefer the type without an applicator. It is a moment or two messier..but you wash your hand after using the restroom anyway right? I prefer no applicator because I did not like the method the cardboard or the plastic felt..sometimes you can hit the side and it can really hurt. Hope that help. Oh and I usually were a pantyliner for the *just in case* factor..no so much for the over flow..I usually do not enjoy that problem...but sometimes there can be departed overs...even after wiping...that be probably a little TMI...sorry
