Why do people hold sick feelings and want to puke after taking one a morning vitamin?

Likely because they don't take it next to food or milk.
If you take it or any other vitamins/minerals near only marine, you will feel sick.
Take your vitamins near milk.
I've never hear of anyone with that problem.
try takin near food,,,might be cuz of an empty stomach,,,,you could hold an intolerance to something in it. some people enjoy trouble with the iron
I reason you only procure the sick feeling if you bring it on an empty stomach. I cart mine at night and it doesn't bother me. I took it once contained by the morning before breakfast and i feel really sick.
