Sometimes when i have my time of year it comes out like usual, but then i enjoy a few little clumps of it, and sometimes, its blackish - is that normal?

Absolutely normal... the "clump" is purely blood that congealed and some of the uterus wall that has be shed. =)

I am not a doctor but that sounds normal ample to me. all women's period will differ and because it is such a private thing, I guess we will never know what is 'average'. I think the best tip is to voice that as long as your periods don't result in inbearable pain consequently you are probably OK and the blackish part is probably the final facing coming away from your uterus and is darker because it have been near longer.

No, those are tell fairy-tale signs of Endometriosis. Find a female doctor to lend a hand you through this.
Endometriosis, high blood pressure, podginess, sleep apnea, and diabetes ALLL go together... don't lurk find yourself some help.
Be sure the doctor you're going to see understand all this.
