How do you get hold of tampons to not leak at adjectives?
I am going on a trip to the beach today near my entire grade and i hold this gorgeous white juicy couture bikini and i also enjoy my period. I put contained by a tampon and i put a liner in my underwear and it's leaking. How can i breed sure it doesnt leak and carry blood on my clothes without have to stay out of the water at the seaside?

I don't know how regularly you are changing your tampons but if it's resembling about 5 hours between the change I would recommend trying to change the tampon almost every 3 hours.I would suggest using super super tampons and try to revise them often, especially after going in the hose because the tampon can get soaking with the pool/lake hose down and then not be capable of absorb anymore.

If your tampon is leaking, you may not be using the right absorbancy for your cycle. If you own heavy period, you should not use a "regular" tampon. Make sure you take plenty next to you to change frequently. Good Luck!!
