I know that muscle weighs more than round, so could i have gain muscle?
It's just incredibly confusing because i started excersising to lose weight. Am i doing something wrong?

Its a big mistake to be in motion by how much you weigh. Go by how you look in the mirror! From what you enjoy said it sounds like your doing a moral job.

Muscle does weigh more, but takes up smaller amount space. You probably look better in your clothes, too. Muscle also burns more calories, faster, than fleshy. The scale is not your friend. Yes muscle weighs more than rotund so yes you have most possible gained muscle. Look at your body contained by the mirror. Do you look more toned? Has any soft areas toughened up? A better way to check is by measurments. If you are measure smaller around the butt and waist but a little bigger around the arms or calves etc. after you are doing the right thing.But if you hold also been dieting weakly this could have an adverse effect.

You are positively not doing anything wrong.You gain muscle quicker than you lose fat.Do not stop exercisising.Your body is slowly getting more toned and you are slowly losing portly. Keep doing what you're exercises,manage what you munch through - don not think you can chomp through more because you are training - and will get the results you are hoping for.
The best opening to lose fat is the slow passageway,otherwise if you lose fat too rapidly, you will gain it just as nippy again. Slow weight loss is the merely way to hold the fat bad.

I don't think you are doing anything wrong... but this is a adjectives scenario, while it would be ideal for everyone to know how to achieve their optimum weight/body size its not a simple entry.
your right muscle is heavier and while your not losing pounds you will be increasing your cardiovascular fitness and this is possibly more important for form then self slimmer.
don't be put you off, a sound lifestyle should be a permanent member of life and you should over time see, as powerfully as feel the benefits. stick near it.

muscle is defently heavier than chubby, make sure you are doing the right excercise's. sometimes relations end up building up a subdivision of there body they dont want to.you requirement to decide what quantity of your body you want to loose weight and later find the right excercises for you.
if you want a overall body work out give swimming a jump, it is absoulutely fantastic and trims down everywhere.
