Probable cause for severe diarrhea surrounded by elderly?

i have a 95 year aged (dearly loved) patient. She's a relaxed, upbeat lady, but have been have watery stools (especially during the nighttime) that have all of her caregivers concerned. Her stool sample came spinal column negative for unknown blood, bacteria or bedbugs. She still has an appetite, no dull pain, no bloating, no nausea, no fever. Not diabetic, but positive for UTI cause by E. Coli in urine individual.
Anybody has a clue?
