I've increased cardio, cut calories. I need to carry rid of the pregnancy belly.

sounds close to you are doing great, I just have baby #3. I be having a rugged time too, i was doing cardio 5 times a week and cargo training 3x's and i felt similar to that was alli be doing!
i had lost in the order of 15 lbs, in 5 months! which is not that great, to me anyways.
i a moment ago started taking hydroxycut and cutting calories to 1100 a hours of daylight sometimes less, sometimes somewhat more i'm not that hard on it. and i fit exercise into my everyday duration, ex: squats while folding laundry, lunges from one room to the other, anything to get my heartrate to quicken and near the pills it suppresses my appetite and give me the joie de vivre i need to burn the calories.
I lost 9 lbs my first 8 days and i am in a minute in week 2 and hold lost a total of 12 lbs!

Whats a good immensity for a 5ft girl whom is 23?

My aerobics instructor said you have 2 option to losing the pregnancy belly 1) surgery or 2) exercise ball. I tried the exercises bubble cuz it was smaller quantity expensive and it paid sour! After I lost the stomach and continued on the exercise ball, I grew a butt! *giggle* but you get to do the exercise ball religously if you want the stomach to fade away! Good luck!!
