Exercise, because muscle weighs more than lubricant and is healthier. Go to a gym or speech to your doctor. They are many tough ways to gain weight, but also remember every body is built different. Also, you are still a juvenile and your body is still changing.Definitely see a doctor though, he/she will be capable of tell you what muscle groups to work on. And, no business what anyone tells you, how you perceive yourself is more momentous than how anyone else perceives you.

I've been skinny adjectives my life. I cannot gain counterbalance. About the only point you can do is eat lots of fried foods, lots of sweets and drink till your stomach is really full. It didn't work for me but it might for you. Since I'm so thin I can't devour a whole lot at one time, as a result you have to chomp through a lot of meal throught the day.
