Best and safest birth control? - Not have sex...
Otherwise I would definitely use a condom, and possibly even some spermicide. Some condoms have it on the outside, within case they break and it'll exterminate the sperm. There are also vaginal contraceptives. With these you just place them contained by your vagina. The easiest thing that my girlfriend and I use is rather paper type item that you fold up and place it in her vagina 15 minutes up to that time sex, then when I come surrounded by her, it kills the sperm, thought its merely about 80% powerful, you could use that plus a condom, which has a greater effeciency rate.
I know I'll sound similar to a old grandpa adage, just thoroughly deduce about who you hold sex with, and how outdated you are.
I have a really desperate stomache pain?
condoms. you want to protect yourself against disease as powerfully as pregnancy. the best option is thrift.I also cannot take hormonal birth control. Even though it is more of an inconvenience (especially when you are married close to me), condoms are your best bet. I have hear of several friends that have have complications from IUD's. I am not willing to try it. Hope this help! :)
IUD's are inserted and taken out by doctors every 5-10 years. The Mirena IUD releases progestin (hormone). Other types of IUD's contain copper that is released into your uterine cavity. I would dance with condoms really since you are against hormones. The problem at hand is that you have to be steadfast and use them EVERY time. IUD's are also associated with strapping periods and menstrual twinge.
Either way, both are considered reliable but adjectives b/c methods have cons.
