Ughh. I know how you feel. Try midol! It works wonders and take care of adjectives the period crap we enjoy to put up with! Either that, or Tylenol, Advil, or other things that relieve menstrual cramps. Heating pad also work great. You can make one by putting some red rice in a tied past its sell-by date sock, then heat it in the microwave until it's hot. Just don't burn it! Good luck! :)

Take ibuprofen a couple of day back you are scheduled to start your extent. Keep them in your system 24 hours a time for a few days. A heating wipe sometimes helps also. If over the counter remedies don't assistance, see your doctor.

I used to get them really unpromising. It wouldn't be able to deliberate or do anything else until they were gone. I read into it and get suggestions for lying down and placing heat on my stomach- and they do minister to for a short time. In the long occupancy though i went to the doctor who prescribed be for birth control .I've be on it for a year now and i haven't have pain next to PMS since.
