Q's about torment from birth control pills. Experienced/professional help merely please.?

Hi, I've been taking birth control pills (TriNessa) for former times 10 days now. The most important reason I chose to filch these were because I have extremely irregular periods and hugely painful cramps.

Since the first pill, I've be feeling sick to my stomach which I think through is normal for the first few weeks. But the point is, I take it right earlier bed (not with food) hoping the twinge will be gone when I wake up. For some common sense, from when I wake up until a few hours back my next pill, I get the impression ill most of the time. I try drinking bits of chocolate, drinking coke, exercising, napping, etc but it just never stops hurting.

Is this how the symptom of niggle from the pill should be like?

Is in that something else I should try to make the stomach-ache go away?

Thanks contained by advance to adjectives who help.

Avoid the chocolate and the coke...thats causing the cramps to stick around! Ibuprofen (advil) or Naproxen (Aleve) appear to work the best I find for period cramps. Another correct birth control pill is "Yaz" ask your doctor! Good luck

So, i have this bruise, and it won't run away.?

I've been on birth control pills for several years very soon. I don't take Trinessa, I pocket Cryselle. I have never feel nauseous because of it. Even during those first few weeks, as you speak is normal, I feel fine. I suggest you stick it out for another couple days. Until 2 full weeks have passed at lowest possible. Then tell your doctor something like it. Just give him/her a telephone call. Maybe there is some other brand of birth control pills she could allow you to try. It could a short time ago be the brand you are taking, or perhaps the dosage is too giant? I am only at the lowest dosage. I use the birth controls for bleeding cramps and irregular periods, as you are.

As for the nausea constituent, don't eat anything too sweet. I suggest you get through light things, close to saltine crackers, soup, things w/o much flavor. That should help. If the dull pain you say you enjoy is like cramps, and surrounded by the muscles, then a heat pad might lend a hand. When ever I had really doomed to failure cramps or was nauseus (before I started on the pill) I a short time ago tried hard to focus on something else. If you can, see something interesting on TV to take your mind rotten it.

Whenever it gets to be 'that time of the month' I still occasionally seize sick to my stomach. It was much much worse in the past the birth control pill. But my obgyn prescribed 'Naproxin'. I think its sole purpose is to give support to with nausea cause by periods. Now I know what you are experiancing is cause by the pill, not the period, but if you find nausea along with the fruitless menstruel cramps you might talk to your doctor give or take a few prescribing Naproxin. And it would help you out in a minute with getting used to the birth control pill.

It is also probably a moral idea to help yourself to the pill before bed as you are doing. I other tried to go to sleep too when I be in misery (even though I know my previous menstruel pain is different than this other affliction you are feeling. Pain is headache and discomfort is discomfort, so whatever you can do to run your mind off it should lend a hand.

But definately talk to your doctor something like another brand of birth control or a lower dose.
