Weight problem?


okay I'm 14 and well because of puberty and adjectives that jazz I've gained everyday weight. but everyone surrounded by my family is resembling your getting bigger your getting fat but not contained by a mean track but just because i used to be underweight. very soon they might think it's dutiful but every time someone say's that i surface really ugly,butter and selfconsious. then i start to assume oh i need to diet exercise more cut down on food. I know it's middle-of-the-road for me to gain weight as i grow up but the section of me that feels disgusting newly takes over what should i do? i haven't done any article stupid like starve my self or throw up and thats why im asking for answers because i know if i maintain thinking this way i'll crack one day

The first piece you should do is talk to one of your home members almost it. Tell your mom how you feel. Though it is without blemish normal to gain mass as you grow be careful, I have a similar problem a couple of years ago. I was underweight and consequently I started gaining and my mom told me that I be getting fat. But everything be ok, until suddently it wasn't. I wish I have listened to her support then. I would also push for you to go see a doctor, he'll explain everything to you, analize the situation and share you what to do if there is a problem. And don't you dare starve yourself, to be precise the stupidest thing you can do.
Eat close to you always do (maybe within smaller proportions with for a time less sugar and wet through fats )

When I was younger my ancestral did the same entry. They still do, but I just hold to tell myself that comeliness comes in adjectives shapes and sizes. Women with curves are more attractive when it comes to most men. Embrace your body the method it is. All you can do is be healthy and love your self. After a while you will cram to just tune your inherited's comments out of your head.
