I thought it was purely a male article. I feel similar to I think something like sex too much, & it's very bothersome & disturbing to me, & I quality guilty about it.

No need to discern guilty or disturbed at all. Thoughts don't hurt you or anyone else. It's typical. It would only be a problem if you be to act irresponsibly on those thoughts because that could hurt you and other people(not that you would).
