Bilat breast biopsy?

I have read that have a benign tumor means it won't spread, that it is newly a cell that keeps growing because something is wrong beside it. If that is the defence, how do you end up have on in one boob, later 4 months later, discover another one within the other? I am having surgery subsequent week to remove both, just curious as to what it routine. The dr. also said it looked smooth in the ultrasound, but she doesn't approaching how fast they hold grown. The first one I discovered 4 months ago has grown 2.5/3 times it's size! It's more or less 3.8cm-2.0cm I believe and the other is about partially that size... The dr. also didn't tell me that they be Benign, just that it is a possibility it is.
