EVERY medication have potential nasty side effects...even asprin. I know deeply of girls who swear by Yaz.
Most oral contraceptives are good for exhaust menstrual cramps/bleeding/mood swings and clearing up your skin.
If Yaz doesnt work for you, you can just switch to a exotic brand. Many women who have problems on the pill find that switching brands help.
