On heavy flow days, i used a super plus absorbency tampon,but kept bleeding through...is there any heavier absorbency tampons.or do i requirement to start wearing a pad with it??

Yes, wear a pad along beside the tampon. I have had plentiful embarrassing accidents. My doctor have actually recommended me to have surgery to correct my situation.
