Vomiting and diarrhea on 1st day of length?

On the first day of my extent, I always any have dry heave, or I puke 3 or 4 times in more or less 5 hours. I have diarrhea and tired adjectives the time, even though I'd have 8-9 hours of sleep. Is nearby a name and/or cure for this? I'm 16 and own had my length (which is still irregular) for about 5 years. Please please please give a hand! Only serious answers, please.

I am in my forties and still enjoy this problem.You could try something called ponderstan which you can win at the chemist without a calligraphy or ask a female chemist for an over the counter remedy.If its that fruitless the get your mum to cart you to the doctors for a checkup.Your periods may settle down but and it may be do something to do with the hormones.

Diarrhea is usual it's caused by the hormones I forget which ones. But throwing up? That's not a enormously common symptom of PMS.

How can i know the mid cycle?

It could be endometriosis. Get on some form of birth control. It will backing you so much. I used to have unbearable cramps, vomiting and very irregular period every time on the first day of my length. Now on the pill, I have it once perchance every 6 months.
