Its most of the times tight, it happens during sex and it get bloody depending on the person. some girs bleed deeply and some of them dont bleed at all and does not hurt.

But in that is so many other things that can effect the hymen to tear such as sports or the use of tampons. So not everyone bleeds, but it shouldn't be a sizeable amount.

During - You don't know you have bled. You purely leave a spot on the bed. Mine be about six inches in diameter. The blood is not everywhere. You don't see the blood spot until afterward when you get up.
