I'm going on time off to Florida right around the time I'm going to hold my time of year. I've never used a tampon earlier and I'm scared out of your wits of using one. But, I'm going to be spending alot of time at the seaside and the pool and I don't want my time of year to ruin my time off. How can I frontage my disquiet of using tampons? What should I do?
