when should i start wearing tampons. i am 13 and have be on my period for a year. when should i switch from pad to tampons?

You can use tampons whenever you want. Most people use both (not at one and the same time). Depending on if you're sleeping, swimming, how light or indigestible your period is. Do doesn`t matter what you're comfortable with.

whenever your comfortable, some inhabitants never use tampons and always use pad vise versa, it doesn't matter which one because they both do like peas in a pod thing.

Just make sure the switch is what you really want and you're relaxed plenty to try. If you are too tense when inserting it it will be self-conscious and remember if you do use tampons, change them every 4 or 6 hours, if you don't enjoy a heavy flow.

you don't have to switch but frequent find that tampons are easyer and many allways use pad some use both just up to you but it is virtuous that you have used pad for a year so you can get the hang down of it
