What are the best ones (what brand and name) to use if you are a swimmer- preferable plastic application ones? and, I know I am putting it in deep plenty, but when I sit, or crouch (while wearing a tampon), I can feel it. Why? and how can I make it not? Thanks.

you should check that out,
most people think its gross but they are so much better (and healthier) than tampons
you can give it in longer than tampons and there i NO risk of tss
and you reclaim soo much money in the end
also unlike tampons it dosen't hold your attention the pool water!
