What is an Adolescent Doctor?
My 17 yr old daughter's be feeling not at your best lately, and all sorts of symptoms hold on to popping up. Her blood pressure has be somewhat high, dizzy spells, doomed to failure headaches on the sides of her lead, sneezing fits, coughing but nothing resembling a bronchial cough, waking up throughout the dark with darkness sweats, quite a bit of immensity gain, and very hugely irritable. Her pediatrician ran a huge amount of blood test on her...and the only piece that wasn't completely normal be that her Carbon Dioxide level be a 17, where 20 is the low closing stages of normal. She be checked for mono, an ANA titer, pregnancy, thyroid problems, etc...pretty much the full spectrum of tests done. The Carbon Dioxide is zilch to worry in the region of the doc said. The only medication my daughter's be taking for a while now is Ortho Tri-Cyclen...which she started at 14 for acne and to regulate her period...and it worked. (although I'm almost sure that the pill has have yet another benefit here recently).

Do most girls squat when peeing or do hover over the toilet?
The headache could well be a side effect from the pill and so could some of the other symptoms. An teen doc though is one who specializes in treating adolescents. She desires more extensive checking and testing if they haven't found the grounds of the problems but I highly suspect some of it is related to the birth control pill even if she have been on it for a while. I do hope they put her on meds to back control her blood pressure but you didn't mention that they did. I would consider getting another opinion ASAP and try taking her rotten the pill and see if the helps some of the problems.
My time have passed and still nothing??
it's a doctor that specializes within teensThen what should i do?im just 5'.everybody laugh at me.?
i'm sorry you're having to progress through this...i had pertussis a few years put a bet on and the doctors had a hell of a time figure that out. we went to so lots doctors on so many visit and the then i be finally diagnosed, it basically skilled me that doctors really don't know everything and if you knwo something is wrong and they're not treating it like within is, you have to appropriate charge. Good luck. hopefully it's just a side effect of the pill and she can find something else that works for her!!
