i think it's typical. You use a lot of hormones when you hold sex so maybe your body is slow at making more hormones, which is the justification for your late period. You should eat more chicken and beef.

But mortal sexually active it can do worry because you never know if your delayed or not.So you can go on birth control pills and it will regulate them or you can whip vitamin e it may regulate them it worked for me. I took 800 ius per day.Period ? Do you hold advice for me?
