Actually, at hand is that one they advertise, but I've have a couple of friends just run regular bc pills and instead of taking the placebos for a week, they just start a fresh pack- prescribed by their doc of course because you progress through more packs per year.
As far as anyone healthy to hold 4/yr- Just my opinion, and I'm not a gyn but I can't predict it being any more injurious or risky than taking the pills in the first place-

I do what LB described. I heard from a friend's doctor that you can in reality go a year in need your period in need any harm done. But check next to your DR.
