Excersizing on my extent?

what are some good excersices on your length. but i cant run b/c i have fruitless knees and i cant go more later like 400 meters. so any other moral excersizes?

You should know how to do any of the exercises you are able to do when you are not on your extent.

Being on your period should not affect your facility to exercise.

you can do Yoga (which they influence will help next to cramps/bloating), sit ups, jumping jacks, or possibly even swimming.
