Yogurt and Fem. Hygiene?
I have hear women at work talk in the region of douching with Yogurt to prevent or give support to with a yeast infection. Has anyone done this? How does it work exactly. IT's not close to yogurt is liquid.

In the past, to be precise how women treated yeast infections.. Its a very powerfully known home remedy (apparently not all right known to the ethnic group that thought it was nasty).You must use fluent unflavored yogurt and you don't douche with it, you can use a teaspoon as suggested by another answerer. Best to do it surrounded by the shower as it does get messy. IT WORKS!! and its cheap.
OR you can get through yogurt to help argument a yeast infection, but it works faster if you, well, you know.. ;-)
