Yes, it is still vital I'm afraid, although you can put it off until you're 18-21 if you're still not have sex. The main piece it checks for is abnormal cell and you can get those lacking having have sex or without getting HPV. It isn't the inclination activity for most those but most people fashion the wise outcome that they'd prefer to put up with a few minutes of discomfort a bit than years of cancer.

I have a request for information about the females merchandise?

HPV is spread through sexual intercourse, so if you don't have sex, next you don't need the shot, please don't win it !!

Whether you like it or not though, you still requirement to get your pap smear done every 12 months. This exam is to trademark sure you don't get cancer, cycsts, infections, etc.

The HPV shot does NOT protect you from every benevolent of cancer. It's for sexually active those ONLY, so if you are not sexually active, later it's a slap in your facade to have to bring back it.

Some elementary schools are forcing 11 yr antiquated girls to get the shot, and I imagine they should be sued. Nobody should ever be "forced" to take a shot, it should be an prospect and only an odds, not mandatory.

Just take thinking of yourself and make honourable decisions for yourself.

Cheers and *hugs*

This is a 911 give the name!?

You are not obligated to have a pap smear and it is not enforceable by regulation that you have one. However it is possible to enjoy NO sex and have cancer after a long time of neglect health.

Bra's..plz read..13 yrs feeble here.?

after you become sexual active, u should achieve a pap every 12 months. for your own good.

I enjoy dreams about have sex.?

you still need a PAP smear even if you don't own sex. I think every woman should hold the HPV vaccine, anything we can do to prevent cancer !

Do you need a time of year before getting the contraceptive injection again?

First rotten, no one "have to" have a pap smear, ever. In the US, pap smears are recommended for women over 21 even if they are virgins. However, since HPV is indispensable for almost all cervical cancer, and HPV is spread through sex, masses people put somebody through the mill the value of doing pap test on virgins. Some doctors believe virgins never need them.

The current HPV inoculation only protects against the strains that exact 70% of cervical cancer, so at this point pap smears are still recommeded even if you have have the vaccine. In the future, after more general public have be vaccinated, this may regulation.

The reason why we are vaccinate young girls is because the vaccine is most forceful if you've never been exposed to HPV.
