okey welll i had to capture tampons for a swimming party and welll i put it contained by and it said i wasnt suppose to feel any cramp and when i walk around im fine but when i sit downit feel kinda painful is it usual will i get use to it or what and if at hand r any other tips that i sould no plz tell me

I would merely try a new one. Sometimes I will put one contained by thet will give me a short time pain but I simply put in a unmarked one. also you may want to try a different brand or absorbency. plastic applicators work best, I think. I use kotex, I've never have any problems.Well, it shouldn't be bloody, but sometimes it unconfortable. you also might not have it within properly. the tampon needs to be olden the bony ridge. so you might want to take this one out and try again, making sure it get all the process in in attendance. or, try to push it up a little bit farther beside your finger. good luck
When you insert the tampon elevate one leg on the tub, or toilet. Insert in, and manufacture sure you insert it to where you cannot surface the tip of the tampon. The reason why you may be aware of pain is because it is not inserted far satisfactory. Also, if you are not bleeding very much and freshly spotting, it can be painful.
I also use tampons and when they are inserted correctly, you shouldn't even surface them. Make sure you insert them as far as they will go and you shouldn't hold problems. Also, use the correct size for your flow.

Well, I use Tampax Pearl, plastic applicator-and they are great.Usually you should start beside a 'light' or 'run of the mill' absorbency, and you should also make sure it's far adequate in, and at the right angle. Don't verbs about it becoming 'lost'-it's not resembling an ocean surrounded by there.
