OB/GYN can't see me for a month...going to usual doctor for vaginal infection...?
Can my regular doctor diagnose my problem? I've had this for a while, and its really driving me crazy.
Answers: Yes, your mundane doctor should have no problem with it! Don't verbs!
When you tried to make an appointment with the OB/GYN, did you detail them that you had a problem? They always go and get you in sooner if they know you have a problem.
Good luck
PS - Doctors are so annoying approaching that.. new patient point. But don't worry, your regular doctor will take concern of you!!.
Did you tell your doctor that you have a current problem that requirements to be treated right away? Usually most doctors keep a certain number or appointments unfold a day for 'sick visits' - calls approaching yours that might come in when the patient have an immediate problem. (for instance, your PCP might have a enduring number of appointments available a day for people who ring the day before or that light of day with something like strep, or a sinus infection, to be see right away) I always go to my kinfolk doctor for vaginal problems. If I need something else (like a biopsy) she'll redirect me to a gyno. But doctors are trained to do adjectives sorts of things, and they can readily recognize yeast with a early swab and a microscope. Your doctor will almost definitely be able to identify something as adjectives as yeast or bacterial vaginosis..
You could try Monistat from the drug store. If it is yeast infection that will work. yea i think they wont look at it but they may o a urine test or travel by ur symptoms ang give u a script
