Irregular period?

I am 21 and I just lately got my interval after a 1-yr hiatus. I went to the doctors where on earth they did blood tests and urine test and said it was DUB( dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding and that I be fine), now i enjoy it but its really light. I am worried. I own high stress within my life, is this something to be concerned near? I get my length maybe surrounded by 3 month incriments.

Recently Doctors enjoy been recounting us that a period every few months is okay. They even prescribe birth control for 3 months very soon instead of every month. As a matter of reality my cycle has to be brought on near progesterone every three months because I lost my all but a tiny sliver of ovary to an infection. Even consequently my periods can be tiny or extremely starchy and my Doc assures me that as long as I have a length, light or indigestible, all is economically. If your Doctors are telling you that everything is okay next you should be fine. If it worries you too much then you should achieve a second opinion. Stress won't aid the situation.
