Period Question. Girls ONLY

I just started my period July 22, I'm 12 and contained by 7th grade.
Now I don't have Gym until my 2nd occupancy, and I was wondering if you can do Gym when your on your period.

Answers:    You can unequivocally still take gym, unless you are extremely uncomfortable, consequently you may be able to be excused from it as this is your first period. I don't recommend that you try tampons until you lose your virginity as they can be humiliated to insert until then; Ultra Thin pads work fine and are just noticeable. But you should not let your time get in the opening of your life, as it is a normal piece (millions of girls have theirs right now too!) and exercise may if truth be told help you feel better if your are experiencing cramps; make the acquaintance of to womanhood! :)

Yes, you will still have to do gym even when you are on your period. In reality, the exercise will be good for you even if you are having cramps. The most you can hope to acquire out of is the common shower. Most coaches will still require you to wash up though. On days you enjoy gym and your period, I suggest you wear a snug fitted pair of panties so the wad stays put, or you might want to try a slim junior tampon. Tampons sweetie! They make a smaller kind for teens and Playtex have a sport kind and wear a panty liner with it for extra protection. Tampons are also so much cleaner and more sanitary than pad, just make sure you read the pamplet to be precise in the box and change them every 3 hours..
yea you can, sometimes it in truth helps with cramps, but if i where on earth you i would wear a tampon during gym because you do alot of moving around and your pad could slip but since your so young and simply started you probly dont know how to use a tampon. of course you can!
in reality it would probably help.
some girls get reeeally doomed to failure cramps when they are on their periods, and physical activity, i.e. gym, help keep cramps away. so actually gym would be pious for you..
Yes, you can. Just use a tampon instead of a pad because it's easier to move around in. If you enjoy really bad cramps though tell your gym mentor and he/she might let you sit out and take a forty winks :)! YES! But if you have cramps, skip Gym. If your feeling ok to do Gym on your time of year, I would suggest Tampax or Playtex Sport, or if you want to put up with the un-comfy feeling, lately use pads..
Yeah, they don't take it as an excuse to not do gym. Unless you are within serious pain from cramps, you have to do gym. You can do gym, but if you don't discern up to it you can probably get a note from a parent or the university nurse..
yes definitely do gym. for me physical activities relieve with my cramps. of course u can, i of late recommend to wear tampons and not pads.
