Yeast infections can be transferred through spit. It's called thrush when the yeast grows within the mouth. Urinating before and after sex prevents urinary tract infections but won't backing in yeast infections as these are in the vagina not urinary tract.
Yeast infections while troublesome are curable, I'd be more worried just about STD's, take meticulousness.
