what are they gonna be looking for? does it hurt? whats the procedure? i have never have one before, what go on?

I've only have an external one and it's a little discomfited because you drink a lot of marine and then they press on your bladder but it go quickly so it's not much of a problem. When they do it they're as a rule looking for abnormalities, if you've have pain at hand, they could be looking for cysts (that's what mine have been). But it's not a big treaty, they put jelly on there and next rub an instrument over it so they can get pictures of that nouns. Just like an ultra nouns a pregnant woman gets.

Just a tip though-if you're getting it done externally and own to drink the water, don't drink it adjectives before you capture in the coup??. Been there, done that, get stuck in traffic for 2 hours. So drink some in the waiting room.

Also, if you're a virgin, they won't dance in internally.

It doesn't hurt. They put a condom and jelly on a small instrument and insert it inside you. This type of ultra nouns can detect a pregnancy and abnormalities. It take about a minute or two and they're done.

If you are talking what I chew over you talk going on for, a pelvic ultrasound can be internally or externally. Neither hurt.

they will probably be looking for any injury, malformations, masses, embryos...etc.
they will probably look on your tummy w/gel, & possibly intra-vaginally. it (from what i've seen) isn't comfortable, but it isn't painfull any.
if your MD thinks you may be pregnant, or hold PID (pelvic inflamitory disorder) it can be corrected with medication. run ahead & get the exam done. if they find out what is bothering you then they can fix it.

Usually near a pelvic ultrasound they have you spread your bladder so they can use it as a window to look at the feminine organs behind it. They will use a small wand/hand held instrument and run it over your stomach to look at things. They usually gauge your ovaries, your uterus, and a couple other things. The ultrasound tech will also most likely use a "trans-vaginal" wand to draw from another view. This is a long vaginal "wand" that will be inserted in your vagina to look at your womanly organs as well. I didn't remember to look at your age so excuse my fruitless manners if I am out of line, if you are still a virgin they will skip the trans-vaginal wand.
The ultrasound may be for a time uncomfortable but not throbbing. I have have many heaps many of them so don't verbs. It is a piece of cake.
