Is my birth control making me hungry?

I started Trivora 28 birth control pills about six weeks ago and I have quit them for about a year. I am STARVED! Nothing fill me up, I'm constantly hungry even when I eat big fiber foods...this is ridiculous. Is the medicine to blame?
